1. The Scheme

These Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with the Privacy and Security Policy, are applicable across the entire TBI scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance. The Promoter, may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior warning or notice, and continued participation shall be deemed acceptance of such amended terms and conditions.

TBI or the Promoter can cancel, withdraw or alter any element of the scheme, including these Terms and Conditions, any individual TBI membership and its benefits, or any rewards or services, at any time without prior notice or warning.

The scheme is only valid in the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands.

A TBI account, including any promotional vouchers/offers and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of TBI which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.

All members of the scheme must be a resident in the UK, Ireland or Channel Islands, and aged 18 years or over.

Membership is only open to persons who are responsible for purchasing qualifying air conditioning or ancilliary products from the brands that are part of TBI at the time of the purchase orders being placed, and is limited to one person per company so as to manage the administration effectively for that member and account.

Membership is not open to employees of any of the brands involved in the promotion, The Promoter or any employee of a distributor involved with any of the brands under the promotion.

Applicants accepted as TBI members will be given a TBI membership number and a temporary password to allow them access to their account and online shop, where they can re-set their password and secure their account. Multiple membership is not permitted and each member must maintain only one account and no more than one member per business. In the case of duplication of TBI membership, all TBI memberships (other than the first TBI Membership approved by either the Promoter, or TBI) will be cancelled, as will any duplicate TBI points.

TBI or The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, merge or close accounts at any time.

Members must register their personal details and keep TBI informed of any changes. TBI cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or vouchers or gifts incurred as a result of out of date details.

Your TBI account, in whatever form, is not transferable, and can only be used by the member who purchases qualifying air conditioning equipment or accessories from the brands involved in the promotion, and who has signed up for TBI.

Where TBI membership is held in the name of a company or other business entity, rather than in the name of an individual, the member must provide the Promoter with the name of an individual who is authorised to operate the membership on its behalf. The Promoter shall be entitled to act in accordance with the instructions of that individual and shall not be required to act in accordance with the instructions of any other person. Where the named individual dies, or ceases to be connected with the member’s business or the member wishes for any other reason to change the named individual, the member shall notify the Promoter in writing and the Promoter shall be entitled to accept instructions to make such a change from anyone who appears to the Promoter to have appropriate authority to give such instructions.

The Promoter, or TBI, cannot be held responsible or liable for any wrong, or unsuitable, persons utilising and benefiting from the scheme.

TBI Membership remain the responsibility of the TBI member to keep safe and secure. TBI cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of these details.

TBI will not be responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or for any unauthorised use of the membership details of a TBI account.

TBI can take any action it considers appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme.

TBI’s decision is final and the TBI will not enter into any discussion about members that are disqualified.

TBI may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel TBI accounts, and points, in whatever form, and/or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of:
• any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme;
• any breach, or attempted breach, of these Terms and Conditions and/or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme;
• any behaviour relating to TBI that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

TBI points can only be awarded for qualifying purchases from any of the brands involved with the programme at the time of placing the purchase order. No points can be awarded for any purchases for any brands if they fall out of the date they are registered as involved in TBI programme.

TBI points can only be used to purchase rewards or services on the TBI website, unless otherwise agreed with TBI Management and by consulting TBI Concierge Service.

TBI accounts, points, or vouchers cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded and can not be redeemed for cash.

Members may be able to express a preference for how they would like to be contacted by TBI, and, where we have their consent. We will endeavour to respect this preference but reserve the right to send communications to the member’s registered postal address, email address or contact via telephone without prior notification to the member. This may be necessary for business or policy reasons or where there are problems with the registered contact details provided by the member. However, if the member chooses not to be emailed, the majority of the offers, promotions, and communications, will be missed as this is TBI’s preferred method of communication.

Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points already accrued or issued. Points cannot be transferred. Members may terminate their TBI membership by writing to TBI, Foxtwist Barn, Stockton, Worcestershire WR6 6XG, stating that they no longer wish to be a member of TBI. Such termination does not relieve the TBI Member of any continuing obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Membership will terminate automatically upon the death of a TBI member who is an individual. TBI points accumulated, but unused, at the time of death shall be transferred to the person, if any, who is the deceased’s successor in title to the member business. TBI points are not transferable under any other circumstances.

Members only need their membership number and password to claim points, and must adhere to the points claim process, as detailed on the website.

To be awarded points, members must purchase qualifying air conditioning or ancillary products from any of the brands participating in TBI at that time. The amount of points awarded may change and could vary depending on the products purchased and the amount spent, depending on what current promotions might be running at that time. Full details of how points are claimed and awarded can be found on the website.

Points will not be awarded for non-qualifying products. Other products may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of TBI. TBI is under no obligation to award TBI points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.

TBI is entitled to remove points at any time without prior notice or warning, if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.

Points, either Pending or Spendable, may be removed or cancelled if TBI determines that the points were collected in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or were awarded in error.

Points have no cash value.

These Terms and Conditions are correct as of the launch of the programme and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. TBI reserves the right to change these, at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Members who continue to participate in the scheme following such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms and Conditions.

A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.

TBI and BIG are Sales Agents for all of the brands involved in TBI. TBI or BIG are not responsible for supplying product directly to members, but via the relevant channels within each brand (may be different per brand).

TBI and BIG are not responsible for any after-sales support for any purchases through TBI. The after-sales support will be the responsibility of the brand involved with TBI that will be supplying the order.

TBI and BIG are not responsible for any technical support for any purchases through TBI. The after-sales support will be the responsibility of the brand involved with TBI that will be supplying the order.

TBI and BIG are not responsible for any warranty issues relating to any purchases through TBI. The warranty support will be the responsibility of the brand involved with TBI that will be supplying the order.

How It Works, Step-by-Step…

• Step 1 – Go to to see all the latest product offers and promotions from all the brands involved in The BIG Incentive
• Step 2 – Go in to your Member Zone and upload your new purchase order, then click SUBMIT
o Make sure that your purchase order is labeled clearly with… ‘PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE BIG INCENTIVE RE: (Insert Brand Name & Full Address of where you need the order to be directed to here)
• Step 3 – TBI receive the purchase order and swiftly approve or disprove the claim. Immediate approval (95% of cases) will mean that points are credited instantly for members to spend.
o You do not need to send anything on to the brand involved, we will manage the whole process for you and send on the order request to the relevant brand/supplier.
o The order will be processed by the brand from then on in accordance with their individual T&C’s.
• Step 4 – Members will receive an email confirming their new spend. They just then need to go to and go shopping! They will have their own secure member details to access their account and add items to their shopping cart. Make sure to ‘Check Out’ fully so the orders drops down to the processing team at TBI.
• Step 5 – All orders received will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the order. Any queries on the order, or stock problems, will be raised immediately with the member.

Delivery Times – We aim to deliver everything within one working week of the order being received, however, please allow up to 28 working days in busy times.

Any member not utilising the scheme or being active for over 18 months can have their membership revoked without notice as they will be deemed uninterested and not a scheme participant.

If the member becomes dormant and doesn’t engage with the programme for over 18 months, the points in the account become null and void and membership will be cancelled.

2. Membership Levels

At the launch of TBI, there will be only one level of membership. This may change as the programme progresses, and all members will be advised of any changes to their membership level.

Future awarded membership levels may be based on a members spend across a fiscal year; TBC.

There is no minimum spend to be a member of TBI, however, if a member joins but is deemed ‘non-active’ after a long period of time, TBI reserves the right to cancel the membership after communication to the member.

TBI may review, amend, change and cancel the membership levels at their discretion. TBI also holds the right to change a member’s membership level at any given time, without warning or permission.

Any member not utilising the scheme or being inactive can have their membership revoked without notice.

3. TBI Points

TBI points can be claimed on all purchases of qualifying air conditioning and ancillary products, from brands that are participating in TBI at that point in time.

Qualifying products means air conditioning and ancillary products from any of the brands participating in TBI at that time, that are purchased either directly from any of the brands or via any of their distributors, purchased within the United Kingdom; but these purchases MUST be VIA TBI to qualify for points.

TBI reserves the right to withdraw points and promotions/offers without notice.

TBI does not control the offers or promotions that the brand decides to promote on their brand page of the TBI website. TBI is not involved in deciding pricing on these pages. For more information on pricing and these offers, please contact the brands directly or their distributors.

Any dispute over whether to award points shall be determined by TBI in its absolute discretion.

Each purchase order uploaded will qualify for points. Once the points are approved they will be uploaded to the member account for immediate spending. There will be no pending points, unless there is a dispute with the purchase order.

Copies of purchase orders will only be shared with the participating brands and not outside TBI, BIG, or the chosen brand.

If a purchase order gets cancelled subsequently to being placed and the points credited to the members account, or the goods on the purchase order have not been paid for, TBI reserves the right at the brands discretion, to remove the relevant applicable points from the members’ account to cover this.

You must have enough Spendable Points to cover the points value of the item you wish to purchase on TBI website; you cannot make a part payment of points towards a product or service.

We will not exchange TBI Points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.

We reserve the right to substitute, amend or remove products and services available for purchase with TBI points on the TBI website without prior notice.

• Business Zone

4. Returning Goods

If you return a qualifying product from any of the TBI brands for whatever reason to the relevant participating brand, or an approved distributor, on which you received TBI points for, we will deduct the relevant points from your TBI account that you collected when you bought the product. If you do not have sufficient points to deduct, we will deduct the points from your TBI account as and when future qualifying purchases are made.

TBI is entitled to remove points at any time without prior notice or warning, if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.

If a reward you purchase with points on the TBI website is faulty, please email  or write to THE BIG INCENTIVE, Foxtwist Barn, Stockton, Worcs WR6 6XG. We may at our discretion, re-credit your TBI account with the appropriate number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances and the Promoter shall have no further liability in respect of any faulty goods.

A copy of your delivery note(s) must be returned along with any faulty item(s) to ensure warranty and purchase validation.

Where goods or services are purchased with points via the TBI website, the contract in respect of those goods or services is between the member and the provider of the goods or services and shall be subject to the provider’s terms and conditions. The Promoter is not a party to such contract and shall have no liability to the member for any fault or defect in those goods or services. Any assistance which the Promoter may give in facilitating the creation of such contract or, at its discretion, in assisting in the resolution of any dispute between the member and the provider of the goods and services shall be without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this paragraph and shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the Promoter.

5. Personal Responsibility

As a member of TBI you may be liable for tax on any rewards, services or other benefits you receive while holding a membership with us. Tax liability on benefits in kind is the responsibility of all TBI members and not TBI, BIG or any of the brands involved in TBI.

Tax liability can vary according to circumstances and we suggest that you check with your accountant or tax advisor to see what allowances you are eligible to take advantage of. Please refer to the HM Revenue & Customs website ( for further details.

6. Data Protection

We will only share your details with businesses that process TBI information on our behalf, in order to fulfill our duties as part of the promoters of the programme. This is necessary in order to fulfill and complete your membership with the scheme.

By registering and joining the scheme, you are consenting to receive communications from TBI through a variety of means, including post, email, and telephone. Please note however, that our preferred means of communication are MOBILE TEL & EMAIL so please ensure we have your mobile and email details to ensure you receive all the relevant up-to-the-second offers that would benefit you.

BIG is registered with the Information Commissioners Office for the Data Protection Act and all data received will be carefully handled and stored in accordance with the strict rules of the ICO.

We will not sell any details acquired on to any other third parties. Details will only be used for the purposes of the TBI programme, and, subject to your consent, in accordance with marketing on behalf of The Big Bright Ideas Group Ltd.

7. Trademarks & Copyright
All brand names, product and service names and titles and copyrights used in this site are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by TBI or BIG for their use by any person other than the said holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders’ rights.

All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this Website are the copyright of TBI and BIG or its content providers. Use of materials on this site without TBI or BIG’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
